Why is my Sync voice command not working?

Pulled the paddle for voice command–nothing. No chime or change to the MFT screen. Multiple pulls and pulling and holding didn’t work. Got to work, shut the car off, opened the door which shuts off the screen, closed the door and powered up minus the engine–still nothing. Worked fine after the car sat a few hours and no problem since.

Why are my voice commands not picking up?

Voice commands aren’t being picked up and Bluetooth isn’t connecting. More specifically, pressing the Voice Command button does bring up the prompt. However none of my commands seem to be picked up.

Why does my focus not recognize voice commands?

Next step is waiting until next week when I can get it in to the dealership to fix it. Hopefully they don’t give me some BS run around or try to say it is hardware and not under warranty.
