SO I PUT TWO TY WRAPS AROUND THE THREADED SECTION OF THE CABLE HOUSING AND PULLED THE CABLE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ADJUSTING WHEEL AND TIGHTENED THE TY WRAPS AND IT WORKS NOW LIKE NEW.
