Why is my Ford Edge only hot on one side?
This 2013 Ford Edge had hot air coming out one side of the dash and cold air from the other side. Even though it has single climate control the air going through the evaporator is split into left and right. What we found out on this vehicle is the Freon level was low because of a leak near the condenser.

To the left side I found 2 green connectors. Unplug one at a time for 10 seconds and plug back in. While you have the glove compartment out of the way, pull the plastic plate that covers the filter area. This plate is about 8 inches long and maybe 2 inches high. The filter is thin and at the top of this area.
