Nope, there is not a low-point block drain. Been a long time since I’ve seen one of those on any engine. I agree with zebulon’s post comment that the linked video leaves one with an unknown coolant concentration after the distilled-water ‘flush’ and partial refill (whether with concentrate or ‘pre-mix’).
