All You need to do is go to the main menu on the dash using the buttons on Your steering wheel. In this menu go to driver assist, then scroll downt o hill assist. From there press enter to turn it on or off and that will enable or disable it.

If DTC C2809 was recorded, GO to J4. For all other conditions, GO to J5. INSTALL a new Hill Descent Control (TM) switch by removing the auxiliary switch assembly.
