Every so often after I had just refueled, the car took several attempts to start. Ran fine once it did. Finally threw a code and ended up being the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Was a couple hundred bucks to fix for the Fusion, but probably depends on how hard it is to get to on any particular vehicle.
