What causes no start but cranks engine diagnosis?

A good technician finds what is wrong, fast, using simple tests, using simple tools (gauges) The number 1 all time cause of no starts or bad running, is the infamous skipped tuneup. (skipped for 10 years, really)

Do you not start a twin cam engine?

Do not starter crank over any DOHC “twin cam” engine failed, or risk, bent valves. for (interference engines) it’s best to do hand cranked, cylinder leak down tests, shown on my compression page. On all interference engines, we do this, to protect from further damage.

What causes a no start ICP-IPR 6.0?

I’m pretty sure that 170 is too slow for the FICM to fire injectors. 85% on the IPR is maxed out and not a good sign, but if you actually have 1500psi then HPO is not causing a no start. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong but I thing the PCM needs to see closer to 500rpms to fire the FICM.

Why do I have no cam crank sync?

You should get a digital 5v signal. 5,0,5,0,5,0. Anything other than that and there’s a problem. Do the same thing for the crank signal. If you have both signals reaching the pcm, but still no cam crank sync, you have a bad pcm. I’m guessing you’re loosing signal somewhere, but you need to verify that first.
