Why is the radio not working on my 2014 Mustang?

2014 Mustang radio won’t come on. Already tried some things. Looking for some tips. I’ve got a 2014 GT with the plain (non-Shaker) radio. Over the past few weeks it would intermittently not turn on when I cranked the car. I also noticed that when it wouldn’t come on, the CD player would just spin endlessly. Weird stuff.
