It fit perfect. The cable/coupling is on top of the shift column only 3-4″ from the shift lever. You don’t need to remove the lower clam shell or the column tilt lever; just unscrew the three screws, pull up the top of the clam shell, take out the pin, uncouple the cable & it’s off.
