No sputtering, jerking, or anything else…it was as if I had pulled out the key. Blinkers and windows still worked, but no steering abiltiy (minimal), no brakes, no gas….Thank God the highway was not crowded, and I was able to use all of my strength to turn the wheel about a centimeter, and “coast” over the the shoulder.
