Find the connector for the sunroof motor, insert and turn the wrench clockwise until the sunroof is completely closed. Using the Ford Motor company stock motor, there is no location to insert a wrench and close manually.

Does anyone know why this is occurring or has had an experience such as the one stated above. All help is appreciated. inch it up till it’s closed, then tilt it up and keep pushing the button in to tilt until you hear a click. That resets the motor. It’s one of those benz things that just happens.
