Dry fouling, or carbon fouling, is often caused by an overly rich condition, and the problem may lie with your air cleaner (clogged) or carburetor. Other possible causes could be low compression, vacuum leak, overly retarded timing, or improper spark plug heat range.
How do you clean corrosion off spark plugs?
Apply a thick and even rust-removing gel compound onto the rusted spark plug wire tip, using a spatula. Let it set for ½ hour to two hours for the compound to penetrate into the corrosion.

Had same problem with water in plugs area, changed to new jets and still had them leaking. You dont really need to fit new jets to cure this problem all you need to do is put a small amount of clear silicone between bonnet and jets and also between jet and seat if fitted.

However I really believe this should have been a recall, as it has been known for one of the plugs blow out of cylinder head due to excessive corrosion due to this problem and you can imagine, if you were say, on the outside lane of a busy motorway and that happened and then trying to get over to hard shoulder etc, need I say more!!
