The reverse lights on my daughter’s 2009 Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCi Zetec don’t come on. First question, is this a Mk7 or Mk6 car? Some say 7 and others say 6.

Why are the reversing lights not working on my Ford Fiesta?
The bulbs are fine as is the fuse. I have checked the reversing light switch which is getting power. I have bypassed the switch but there is no power getting to the reversing lights at the rear. It looks like there is a problem with wiring between the switch and the rear of the car.
