A remap alone will see you to around 265-270bhp and around 320-340lb/ft of torque – individual cars vary, mine was around 266bhp and 344lb/ft with a nice fat torque curve peaking around 2250rpm I think. I ran an ST with the morego 290 conversion and their powergrip suspension setup for 12 months.

DSCi is the ‘best’ map of the ones that come on the handset IMO. If you’re a signed up member of the STOC you get a discount on Dreamscience as well (saving you about £40 if I recall correctly).

Is the Mountune DS better than the Focus ST?
The Mountune one is very good, but then so is DS. The DS also has a resale value at the back end when you sell the car whereas the Mountune upgrade might not add greatly to the resale value of the ST overall. Mountune are currently doing a deal for paid-up members on the site for one week – the deal is very good.
