What a great SUV. We bought our Navigator new in 2004. No problems. Can’t kill it. Finally traded it after 126,000 miles just to get something different. Should have kept it! Ended up with a 2008 Escalade. It was nice but has less usable space and a rougher ride than the Navigator.

the car has a lot of problems.the first one is the engine coils have to be replaced on a regular basis,the air suspention goes bad,most electical accessories go bad the car is a ticking time bomb. I have owned my navi for 4 years now. We bought it with 30k miles and LOVED the car.

We have 180000 on ours and it still runs great. No problems but I also believe in maintaining my vehicles. As for gas mileage we average about 18mpg. THE SUSPENCION WAS POOR AS I NEEDED TO CHANGE THAT REMOVING THE AIR SUSPENSION. the electric running boards had to be removed as they would come out and Bash the shins of someone just standing at the door .
