Again, a door sweep attaches with screws to the bottom of the door on the inside. To attach a bottom weatherstrip, apply caulk along both sides of the weatherstrip on the side with the barbed seals. Insert the barbed seals into the kerfs, or small grooves, on the bottom of your door.
Why is water coming out of my rear door?
Check the photos of the rear door window seal I posted above. They seem to be working by keeping the water out of the door. Corrosion, rust should be a concern and the rear door also has a speaker. The wiring may be protected somewhat, but IDK how well the speaker is protected from water.

Their should be a small drain hole in the bottom of door, if not drill a small hole at bottom of door, for water removal. If their is an existing hole, get a pick, or something small in their, and make sure it’s clear.
