If the Trunk Ajar indication works but no light, the bulb is probably the fault. To confirm this you need to remove your deck lid liner (if you have one) then disconnect the 3 wire connector and use a wire to jump the middle pin to the ground lug (first pic) at one of the 10mm bolts holding the latch to the deck lid.
