Where can I get a Chevy Cruze to start?

We got it towed to the auto shop and they said that they could not fix the vehicle as it’s electrical. We live in the desert and the closest dealer is over an hour away in palm springs so now we have to get the vehicle towed there, at our expense, to try and get it looked at.
