As for by-passing the seat switch, not an easy thing to do as it’s a Hall Effect switch, not a system you can simply “jump some wires” and go around it. Bobcat does offer a kit to do away with the seat switch on C and F machines, don’t recall the part number though.

How can I Fix my Bobcat lift tilt problem?
Took me about 3 months of having it lock out on me at random (Sometimes blocking the drive or shop door or swinging a motor 10 feet in the air) . Well I now keep a 3lb sledge in the cab and whenever it’s not working I Whack the Shyt outa the area it’s in and away we go.
