How to Disable the Silverado Airbag
- Turn off the engine and take the key out of the ignition. Place the transmission in park and apply the parking brake.
- Insert the key into the passenger airbag “ON/OFF” switch. Turn the key to the “OFF” position and remove the key from the switch.
