Is the air conditioning on my Kubota M95 working?

I have a Kubota M95… I have a Kubota M95 and the air conditioning does not cool down the cab. The refrigerant is good and the radiators are clean. The air is cold but just not much of it. I have cleaned the the top and found no leaks.
