Verified unfortntly they make it very hard to work brake on a zetor i would sugest maybe adjusting them maybe the delearship u bought it from ober adjusted it also maybe they are stuck on a bit u might want to back off the bleed screw to see realease pressure than see if they are still stuck on by drving tractor than represure brakes.
