Lol Replace the flasher relay. 2004 F-150 Lariat when using turn signals head lamps go off. Turn off turn signal switch head lamps go back on. My turn signals work but my 4 way flashers don’t. Also my radio will not turn on.

Yes, indeed, I’ve heard (and read) of many people that had this problem and it got fixed after changing the flasher module. You should be able to get one for less than 20 bucks.
