I started the TR and discovered an oil leak at the bottom of the valve cover corner where it meets with the bottom cam seal. Oil was dripping on to the exhaust making lots of smoke. Instead of ordering a new gasket, I decided to patch the area using a less common high temperature “Ultra Copper” silicone sealant.

If you have an injector seal or o-ring leaking because of old age; I highly recommend replacing all the o-rings and seals. Consequently, If the fuel leak was caused by improper installation of an injector, just replace the damaged o-ring or seal.
