If this is the cause of the problem, you will need to replace the fuel pipe to fix the problem. If you are finding that there is a rumbling noise coming from the wheels when you are turning corners, or when driving at speeds of over 30mph, then a faulty wheel bearing will be most likely the cause.
Why is my Nissan Terrano having engine problems?
This weekend was the first time we had been out in the camper for a run to Portrush and it was a real struggle to get to 50mph and anything faster than that was only because we were going downhill with the wind behind us. I’m using a 2.7TD engine from a Terrano with the 5 speed manual gearbox from a Vanette. The gear ratios for the Vanette are assuming that the gearbox is the same as that fitted to the 200sx which is the same model number. for what its worth my terrano is really long geared compared to any of the other jeeps from the 90’s/early 2000’s.

Dealership has agreed to cover cost of replacement. Just hoping there is no underlying issue that has caused the cats to prematurely fail and have a repeat of this down the track.
