Why does my JCB js130 engine stall out?
As others have mentioned have you checked banjo bolt bottom of pump inlet for debris and like the others said turbo air filter .Do you need to bleed the fuel system to restart as this confirm fuel issue. Does you 130 seem as it is stalling and then when operating say boom up or dipper out does it try and stall out ?
What kind of engine does JCB js130 have?

What to do if your js130 engine is not working?
Regarding the turbo, if there is a rubber hose coming from the air filter to the turbo inlet remove it, grab hold of the guts of the turbo and see if a) they spin freely with no untoward noises and without rubbing on the turbo housing and b) see if you can detect any axial or radial movement of the wheel that would indicate turbo bearing wear.
What causes a JCB js130 engine to die?
We had a similar problem with a JCB JS130 and found out it was not a fuel injection problem but a problem with the hydraulic pump but we still havent got to the bottom of it. Apparently when the pump is working at full pressure for long periods of time it will kill the engine. I would be interested to find out how you get on with your machine.
Why is my JS excavator engine not running?
The hydraulic temperature sensor is open-circuited. The throttle set potentiometer is open-circuited. The throttle sense potentiometer is open-circuited. The oil pressure switch is reporting oil pressure is present when the engine is not running. The flywheel sensor is reporting an engine speed even though the engine is not running.

You also need a boost gauge to see if is turbo related. A small air leak into the fuel system will cause the inj timing to retard and power loss and smoke. By “hydraulic drag”, I meant something that was loading the pump even when the engine should be at idle.
What to look for when your JCB JS stops working?
