How do you remove an ECU connector?
Insert the precision slot screwdriver into the ECU plug to gain access to the tab. Once you feel the the tab, pry it away from the pin to release it. Once inside, use the precision slot screwdriver to lift the retaining tab. Now the wire and pin can be pulled out of the connector.

Where do you put the wire in a plug Eskom?
Insert the twisted copper wires into the holes in the pins. The green and yellow wire must always be inserted into the top pin. The blue wire is inserted into the left pin (the pin is marked with a blue spot or the letter N). Tighten the little screw on each of the plug’s pins.
Can a stock harness be swapped for an ECM?
Matching key components such as a TAC module with the ECM can be tricky without all vehicle/engine-specific details such as year, make, and model. A stock harness can be used asisin the swap, or can be given the “wire diet” by cutting off the loom and removing the wires that are not needed.

Where is the 26 pin plug on a TCM?
Pin 26 Fused Ignition Switch Input (Start-Run) – This is a dark blue with white stripe wire. When you turn on the key to the run or start mode this sends power to the TCM. This will tie into the wire bundle coming out of the TJ PCM on connector 1 pin A2.
Do you need to remove wires from PCM connectors?
BLOCKS HIGHLIGHTED LIKE THIS, ARE WIRES THAT CAN BE REMOVED FROM PCM CONNECTORS, NOT NEEDED. Note: Removing all of these will result in a non-emissions friendly harness.
