Are there any issues with the John Deere 5200?
Very clean with no noticeable issues except overfilled chloride loaded tires. That’s easy enough to fix. Previous owner told me that clutch pedal tension would need to be adjusted but he had a mechanic look it over and said that was the only problem.
Can a John Deere 5205 trackor go down?
I have a John Deere 5205 trackor also and cannot get the hydraulic to go down either. Did you ever find a solution to this problem? Dave. No, I have not. I have not been able to get down to the farm. Hopefully next weekend. Probably will have to take it back to dealer so it may be a couple of weeks.
Where to get Operators Manual for John Deere 5200?
Here is a link to the 5210 operators manual, based on your picture I think how to the do the adjustment is similar if not the same for 5200. Also you can check with greenfarmparts.com and order an operators manual from them. I purchased one and it was $35. Call them, but I believe the manual number is OMRE41745. Thank you very much.
Is it safe to drive a 5205 loader?
Not a very safe way to travel and it could possibly cause more damage unless I find a way to support all that weight (LX6). BTW – I have a 521 loader and it works just fine. Thanks It happens to us sometimes, usually we can play with it for a while and it breaks loose. Try raising and lowering it and drive it around a while as you try.

How to measure a John Deere Green Tractor?
Click to expand… I push the pedal with a finger until free play is used up. Hold a tape measure, to the side of the pedal (off to the side, not on any part of the pedal) , end of tape even with pedal (tape headed back toward rest position of the pedal) then let the pedal back and see where it measures on the tape. No such luck there.
