Truck has been taken to local Kenworth dealer and Cat Power Systems shop, everyone throws parts at it but no one has come close to solving problem.

When I try to start it does nothing at all. But if I take the female plug that goes in to the relay box on the firewall out and run a wire across it the truck starts perfectly which rules out the starter or batteries being bad. I’m guessing it’s the ignition but I’m just trying to get some input

If you read your manual the c-15 should be idled at 1000 rpm if has to sit longer than 5 min. I have seen this before on a few Mack trucks in Australia.
