If all fuses and relays are good then the problem is somewhere between the trailer connector at the back of the truck and where it terminates at the front. You can use a circuit tester such as # 40376 to test the truck side trailer connector. If there is no power on the running light pin then check the back of the connector where the wires attach.

I found a ground wire, located on the inner left frame rail that was significantly corroded. I removed the corroded connector, scraped the wires, installed a new connector and re-connected to frame. As I was doing this, I found a loose wire at one of the connectors located in this location (just as Mattpippert21 noted).

I could be wrong but I do believe the turn signals and brake lights all run through the multifunction lever. AKA the turn signal lever….. So you’re thinking that could be bad? The fuse you’re looking fror is the parking light fuse. The parking lights / taillights share the BULBS with the turn/brake lights, but they’re separate filaments and therefore separate circuits. Did you remove the damaged clearance light, just to see if that gets the rest working?
