1)- Try loosening your fuel cap. Sometimes the fuel caps will prevent the fuel tank from breathing and the tank will develop a vacuum. This prevents fuel from running to the engine and it stalls. After a few minutes/hours of setting the tank pressure will equalize and the tractor will run again.

Why does my tractor stop running after an hour?

2)- When the tractor dies, quickly remove the rubber right hose where it goes into the injector pump (follow the rubber hose from the fuel filter assembly up to the engine – remove right where it attaches). You should get a good stream of fuel out of that line. Be sure the fuel flow lasts enough to fill up at least a quart jug.
