Took me about 3 months of having it lock out on me at random (Sometimes blocking the drive or shop door or swinging a motor 10 feet in the air) . Well I now keep a 3lb sledge in the cab and whenever it’s not working I Whack the Shyt outa the area it’s in and away we go.

Why does my skid steer have a hydraulic problem?
If no damaged is seen, check the hydraulic filter for metal. If the oil is contaminated, the relief valves could be stuck in an open condition allowing the cylinders to leak down. It is not common to have all the reliefs to start leaking at the same time. If one relief got trash in it, only one circuit will be affected.

Do you have a bobcat T300 with 700 hours?
We have a Bobcat T300 with 700 hours (<I think I see a pattern here). It is having the same problem as you described. We are just trying to figure it out now and I figured I would try to search the net for it. Have you found any solution?
Is the tilt actuator on a S300 bad?
The code switched from 32-50 (tilt actuator short to ground) to 32-49 (lift actuator short to ground), so I guess supports the idea that the actuator is bad. Anyone have other solutions to this problem lately? I beleive its just a poor part as I have two s300s and always keep a actuator in stock as 600-700 hours seems to be average for me
What’s the problem with my Bobcat lift tilt?
We noticed it was a bit damp under the cab so we took the cab back and left it inside all weekend with a fan on it in a heated shop. Worked fine today for about an hour then beep beep acs error. We have a full service manual on order but it probably wont be in till tomorrow and we might need to load some sand/salt tonight.

The problem was progressive – it would sometimes lock when i was working, and over a period of a few days got worse, now it won’t move at all. The lock engages seconds after i disengage it after starting the bobcat. I have check the voltage at the solenoid – it is 7.5v instead of the required 12v.
