Is the power window on my Jeep Compass stuck?

I have been driving the jeep with no passenger window, yesterday my driver window decided to do the same thing and is stuck down. The dealership was able to get the window up and disconnect the power to the passenger door window switch. It’s cold and I need to get this issue fixed.
