Why is my Dodge Ram stuck in 4 wheel drive?

2013 1500. Put truck in 4 Hi and now it’s stuck in. It done this a while back and the fuse was blown. No blown fuse now. Service 4 wheel drive light is on. No loose connection or pinched wires that I can see.
