Just in front of the console the valve is sitting on the right side. The air duct has to be removed to get access to the actuator it is held in by three tabs the top outside one can be pushed to release the duct the other two tabs will release by jiggling the duct and pulling out.

So, I have another strange issue with my new (to me) 08 SRT. When running the AC, the drivers side vents are the only vents that blow cold. The passenger side blows as strong as the drivers side (in terms of air pressure), however, it’s warm/hot air only.
