Why is the brake light on on my Dodge truck?
For me it ended up being the battery shorting out and going dead suddenly. After getting a new battery it stopped the red flashing light. Then driving the truck for about a block reset the brake light. Good luck and if I can help with anything else let me know.
How to fix red flashing security light, Help Me Please?
Remove the PCM/SKIM fuse. Its different for different years. Put in key and turn it to START (it won’t) and hold it until you hear 2 chimes. Replace fuse. Done. The first time you start it you may experience a delay, that’s normal. And you may find that the idle goes up/down a little, that’s normal.
