Why does the trunk light flash but the trunk does not release?
When I press and hold the key fob button the lights flash but the trunk doesn’t release. Door locks are all working fine. I borrowed a test light and checked the actuator harness but don’t get any signal when I press either of the release buttons.
Why is the trunk release button not working?
You can unlock them with the fob, but still have to open them by hand. If you don’t open it soon enough after pressing the button, I’m pretty sure it will lock again. Much like unlocking the doors and not opening within the time period. Thanks everyone for your responses.
