Both mine and wife’s fobs are about 3.5 years old. Just took the battery out of mine and reading 3.6V so not a weak battery.

It sucks to have a $40,000 truck and still have to walk up and unlock the door with my key……:help: Im having the same problem on my 2010 as well, except i have to press the damn button like 20 times for it to work. Sucks I had this problem on m 2010. I’m sure it will happen to my 2012 but just hasn’t yet since it’s so new.

2018 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT here, and exact same issue. both my wife and I’s FOBs failed completely. (i didnt know the hard key is within the FOB…..stupid me), managed to get to a point at the ski hill to get my UConnect to open it, and start the truck and go. Got home….they worked fine.
