The amp would be located under the dash on the drivers side, Between the steering column and e-brake.

I can not find a answer anywhere I have a 2017 ram 1500 big horn 8.4 uconnect .I am trying to find were the alpine factory amp is located I dont want aftermarket with these trucks everything is plug and play I want to add a the factory amp and sub. I dont care for aftermarket. Thanks and sorry if I posted in the wrong area
Where are the speakers on a Dodge Ram?
Your truck probably doesn’t have the speaker wiring for the Alpine system. The L/R dash speakers are independently wired, your current base system are paralleled to the front doors. there is also tweeters mounted in the headliner. The Alpine amp does a bunch of sound processing so just adding it to the base speakers may not sound good.
