I would choose an earlier build date (pre-1974) to have better odds of receiving more sought after internals.

Helped a buddy drop in a 440 from a ’73 Winnebago…runs great with no problems. Believe it had 902 heads? You’ll have to change the oil pan and pickup, exhaust manifolds, and posssibly the water pump housing but it’ll work. Have fun. By chance is there a certain year you are looking at?
