This causes the power steering and everything to stop. When at a stop sign it can be started safely from park or neutral but when moving it has to be put in neutral to re start because the brake system does not work good either. It has happened at stop sign and stop light as well as driving down the road at 55 mph.

What kind of truck stalls when coming to a stop?
I have an 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. I ran across the same problems, truck would stall coming to a stop with no check engine light. brought to local repair shop and they found no issues. Once I checked all fluids and made sure they are at correct levels (oil and transmission). the transmission was low and once I added, the stalling stopped.
What should I do if my Dodge Ram engine stalls?
My remedy: DON’T FILL UP – What an effing joke! NEVER AGAIN RAM or any Chrysler product!
