Can a programmer read the OBD on a Dodge?
I cant read the OBD, I have no tach, water temp, OIL Pressure goes to default 40PSI, I have no read out on the PRND12, no cruise and no MPG read out. Accoriding to Dodge and the main computer there, The TIPM checks out, the Cluster checks out but the ECM shows no life.
