Why is the screen frozen on my Dodge Challenger?
Called Chrysler customer service and was told the dealer had the 2nd image downloaded so I made an appointment to have this applied. The appointment was yesterday. The 2nd update image was applied and the first attempt the radio issued an error but a retry managed to get the image loaded.

My Dart started with this hands free loading msg then started working then back not working took it to the dealer they did a update they said it wouldn’t happen again well its been 2 days and its doing it again so it will be going back. Joined the club today. Odometer flashing and the “hands free system loading – please wait” message.

Same here, the dealer first did a “capacitive discharge” which worked for 3 days, then it happened again. Second time, they replaced the module and so far it’s been fine. Update.. Today is Monday and this evening voice command button & phone button started working again.
