Took the car into Dodge and they ran a diagnostics and did a reset. The employee at dodge had said everything came back normal, and these cars are too new to diagnose anything (which makes sense). After the reset from Dodge, the radio worked fine for a few weeks, then the audio went out again.

All three speakers (post tweeter, driver door, rear door) have no sound. It’s not the balance control. I figured since all three didn’t produce sound that it might be the radio. I first checked the wires that plug in the back by wiggling them, but that seems to be okay. I replaced the radio with another stock radio and that didn’t solve it.

Why is the radio not working on my Dodge Ram?
Plug phone in, radio sound disappears, never to return. It seems to function fine to inputs via finger, change menus and all. But no sound. Turn the volume knob and the sound level bar doesn’t appear. Had sound for a minute afterwards, before it went out again. Under dash seems to be making some electronic sound / humming.
