When did the ABS light come on on my SX4?

I just purchased a 2009 SX4 MT X-over from an auction… so I don’t have any history on the vehicle. The second time I drove the car, the “ABS” light came on.

Why is my auto light flashing on my SX4?

Problem fixed. The flashing auto light was not caused by the drive shaft magnetic coupler overheating. That coupler has an air temperature sensor (which suggests that at least part of the coupler unit is dry and not immersed in lubricant).
