Why did my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan fail to start?
The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was jumpstarted, but the failure recurred. An independent mechanic informed the contact that when the key was removed from the vehicle, the fuel pump continued to operate. The vehicle was not repaired.

The wireless ignition node (WIN) has failed and will need to be replaced. This is the assembly that the key goes into. The dealer should replace this under the vehicle’s warranty. Towing the van to the dealer will also be covered under the warranty.

Is there a problem with my Dodge Grand Caravan starter?
Thus far=Tried different key FOB, the battery is fine- tightened all connections, new starter installed, turned off after market alarm that was on the car when we bought it new, today back in the shop again??? I can go for days with no problems and then other days it happens non-stop?! IS ANYBODY ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM????
