So much for waiting a year for the bugs to be resolved. Yup battery is flatlined,why it would not jump is curious though, unless little time was spent hooked up to the jumper battery . The service personnel tried to jump started it. When he did the lights came on but I was unable to start. He tried for 30 mins and gave up.
