THe OP issue with the air suspension on his 3500 is the very first report I’ve read on the many forums I follow. I’ve seen a few in the 2500’s, but that is a different system than what the 3500’s have. I would not let one lone report dissuade me from considering this option.

Click to expand… RAM’s payload limit for the 2500 is stupid low due to the arbitrary 10K GVWR. The air suspension goes well beyond that, not sure exactly how it determines it’s limit, but probably just senses a certain amount of bag pressure, beyond which it won’t inflate the bags more, and then sends the load limit message to the EVIC.

Why are the vents on my Dodge Ram not blowing?
You could turn the fan on, but no air would blow out any of the vents. Found out the problem was that the damper that moves to divert air from the vents to defrost, to the feet, etc. is controlled by vacuum. If the hose goes bad, the damper just closes and you can’t get air out from any of the vents.
