How do you reset the radio on a 2019 Dodge Ram?
Click on “Settings” at the bottom right of the screen. Now scroll down all the way and click on “Reset”. On the new screen, choose “Restore Settings”. Finally click on “OK” to confirm that You want to reset the radio the the factory default settings.

I also have a 2019 1500 Big Horn with the same radio issues. 80% of the time, the volume undulates from very low to very loud, continuously while driving. It only does this in AM/FM. if im useing satellite or bluetoothe, it is fine.

Why does my Dodge Ram have no sound?
Turn the volume knob and the sound level bar doesn’t appear. Had sound for a minute afterwards, before it went out again. Under dash seems to be making some electronic sound / humming. Similar to when you flash the truck with a tune. Thinking ill maybe reflash it when I get home from work, or Ive been thinking it could be a fuse?

Why does my Ram truck have no sound?
Radio still worked but no sound (obviously). I shut the truck off and installed the fuse back in. Started the truck and bam I have sound again. It hasn’t gone mute on me since. I hope it stays that way. At least I have a quick fix if it does and it hopeful helps out others with the same issue.
Is the Ram Classic HVAC module out of date?
– Radio – P/N: 68340153AJ – I ordered it used, manufacture date is 2019, it’s out of a 2019 Ram Classic as well so I’m pretty sure this is correct. – HVAC Module – P/N: 68366552AA – I ordered this from Mopar brand new, from some of what I read in the forums with potential issues, I didn’t want to attempt a used one.
