It appears that I am one of many Dodge owners with TIPM issues. At least once a day when going to start the engine, it just cranks and cranks but won’t start. After turning off the key and trying one or two or three more times, it will start.

What to do if your tipm goes out on a Dodge Grand Caravan?

There is a fuel pump relay bypass cable that is described and sold online that can take care of the problem with the fuel pump, the the other electrical problems that are occurring tell me that I’ve got to the the TIPM replaced. Apparently the TIPM problems are well-known to Chrysler.
